Inspect boxes of test strips, make sure they are factory sealed and carry the appropriate minimum expiration date. If the expiration date is 5 to 7 months out it will fall into our discounted payout. If the expiration date is 8 months and longer it will receive a full payout as long as the box is in good condition.

All prices are assuming the boxes of test strips are in sealed boxes and in excellent condition. What we can actually pay you may fluctuate due to the condition of your boxes, expiration dates and market conditions.

Note TestStripBuyers will never sell or distribute your information, and will keep your information confidential.

You are giving TestStripBuyers permission to communicate with me via email, text and phone call to go over price changes, new offers, and follow up information pertaining to your order.

If you wish to be placed on our DNC list please let us know and we will make sure to place you on the list.

The goal of this site is for us to build a working relationship with our clients by purchasing extra Diabetic test strips that would otherwise go to waste. We work with people who make these unused Diabetic supplies available to others who don’t have medical insurance.

If my supplies meet all of the terms and conditions stated, TestStripBuyers agrees to disperse the total payment via check or PayPal.

I will not hold TestStripBuyers liable for lost, damaged, stolen packages, for delivery carrier errors or delays. Once my payment transaction is in process I understand my items may NOT be returned to me under any circumstance. I understand that I cannot sell any test strips that are paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.

Upon the receipt and inspection I agree to transfer all rights, title and interests I may have or had with my supplies to TestStripBuyers.

I understand that TestStripBuyers has not made any representation to me that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to a fair market value.

I agree that TestStripBuyers and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to TestStripBuyers will not have any liability to me in excess of the final value assigned by TestStripBuyers at the time of inspection for the item..

I agree that TestStripBuyers, its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to TestStripBuyers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive, incidental or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of this agreement.
